JASPER N. "BILL" WILLIAMS 56, of Land O' Lakes, died Thursday. A native of Tampa, he was a longtim resident of the Tampa Bay area before moving to Land O' Lakes. He was retired from Tampa Armature after 30 years and of the Baptist faith.
